Water Polo
This summer marks the 25th year that Naper Carriage Hill has participated in the NSSWPL. The kids who have joined our program over this period have truly enjoyed the experience of learning what water polo is all about. Many of our alumni have gone on to explore opportunities at the next level, including Naperville Central HS where a number of our NCH boys and girls have helped to lead or are currently leading the varsity teams to the State Championships.
The NCH Water Polo program is for members 14 years old (have not attended high school) and younger. We field three teams, Under 11 (U11) Co-Ed team, Under 14 (U14) Co-Ed and a Girls team. We play other Naperville subdivision teams. It is an educational league, similar to intramurals.
Members of the U11 team MUST be on the swim team or enrolled in another organized swim program.
There will be three teams:
U11 Coed - players must be 11 years old or under as of 5/31/24.
U14 Coed & U14 Girls - players must be 14 years old or under as of 1/1/24 and cannot be entered in high school.
No player 12 and older will be allowed to play in the U11 division no matter what the circumstances.
The water polo season begins May 28th and runs through July 17th. We will play 8 games plus the year end City Championships tournaments. Games are subject to pool availability at the other Naperville subdivisions in the program and the local high schools. We try to schedule 2-3 home games per season.
Practice will be held three times a week at NCH with U11's practicing on Sundays from 9:00-10:00am and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00am-12:00pm. The U14's practice on Sundays from 7:45-9:00am and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:15am - 12:15pm.
The cost for the 2024 Season is $135 per player. The fee includes player insurance & league fees.
