Registration
Registration opens Memorial Day Weekend 2019.
We will close it when we reach capacity of 100 athletes.
This happened three weeks before the race last year, so sign up early if you want to participate.
Registration Instructions:
1) Please complete the individual athlete online registration form below (scroll past the links to USAT forms) and make sure you hit the "submit” button for each athlete. (Note: only one parent volunteer is needed if you have more than one child/athlete participating. Volunteer positions are explained on this page - Volunteers)
2) Once athlete(s) information has been submitted, please send payment in the form of a check to the club to confirm your registration. (Note: There will be a $20 fee per athlete to cover NCH's cost of the race. There will be no on-line payment option for this cost.) Please put the payment in the ballot box at the club, or send a check to “NCHSRC - Kids Triathlon”, P.O. Box 2436, Naperville, IL 60567. To ensure you receive your requested t-shirt size, please get your payment in by June 15! We cannot guarantee you will receive a t-shirt if we do not have your payment in by June 15. Payment will confirm participation.
3) USAT (USA Triathlon): Each athlete must have a USAT Membership to compete in the event. Here are the 3 options:
IF YOUR CHILD HAS A CURRENT USAT MEMBERSHIP [“current” means a valid USAT Card (on July 6th, 2019), for example an Annual Membership from last year]: The $20.00 per athlete cost mentioned above (payable to NCH), plus proof of a valid USAT card is all you need.
PURCHASE A YOUTH ANNUAL USAT MEMBERSHIP: An annual membership can be purchased on USAT Website for $10.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES EXACTLY ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. If you purchase the membership on 7/2/18, it will expire on 7/2/19. A membership card can be printed on-line and presented at packet pick-up. Purchasing the annual membership is cost effective if your child wants to participate in several USAT races. The total cost of this option would be $30. [$20 to NCH and $10 to USAT]. If not completed & paid for online, USAT check and application (see below "USAT Registration Form") can be turned in to Bob Veome (93 Cassin Road).

WAIVER AGREEMENT:
READ THIS INFORMATION (THE "WAIVER AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY. THIS WAIVER AGREEMENT WILL AFFECT YOU AND YOUR CHILD’S LEGAL RIGHTS AND WILL LIMIT OR ELIMINATE YOUR ABILITY TO BRING A FUTURE LAWSUIT.
By participating in this event you will be assuming the risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages or loss which your minor/child might sustain as a result of participating in this event and all activities connected with and associated with this event. I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to participants in this program, and I voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of all injuries, damages or loss, regardless of severity, that my child may sustain as a result of participation in this event. I further agree to waive and relinquish all claims I or my minor child may have as a result of participating in this event against Naper Carriage Hill Swim & Racquet Club, the city of Naperville, including its officials, agents, volunteers and employees.
